Players wishing to join our club, whether joining a football club for the first time or transferring from another club are required to complete Registration Forms.
Existing players are also required to complete a form when re-registering.
The normal method of registering is to do it on-line as set out here. However those that would prefer to download a form and submit it by mail or in person can obtain the required forms below.
New Players who have not previously been a member of a football club.
New players who have not previously been a member of a football club should complete both a New Player Club Form and a League Registration Form.
New players should also provide proof of age in the form of a birth certificate - a photo copy is acceptable for this purpose.
New Players who are transferring from another club.
If you are transferring to our club from a club that is a member of the YJFL there is no requirement to complete the League form - our New Player Club Form is all that is necessary. A Birth Certificate would also be most helpful.
If you have previously been playing for a club that is not a member of the YJFL a League Registration Form and a New Player Club Form is required.
Players transferring to our club from another club at Colts level (Under 16 & Under 17) are also required to lodge a Clearance Application Form. This form is available from our club registrar - Jon Hrbek. Clearance applications must be processed before playing in an official League game.
If you require a clearance, please make enquiries at your first training session.
Existing Players
Existing Greythorn players who are re- registering should complete the Existing Player Form only. A new registration form is required every year.

Existing players will also receive a copy of the correct form in the mail.
Please complete the form and return it at Registration Day or if not attending Registration Day return it to our club registrar - Jon Hrbek.
Forms can also be returned by mail - either direct to Jon or to the club postal address - PO Box 4026, Balwyn East 3103 Correct payment must accompany forms returned by mail.
