Best & Fairest – Seamus Troy
I think Seamus had it hardest this year as I demanded more from him than any other player and not once did he let me down. Another ‘Footballers’ footballer. Great game ethic, great skills and an excellent reader of the game. Another with an enormous Tank that was often pushed to near empty. Could play him with confidence anywhere on the field on any opponent. When asked to do a task he did it and he did it exceptionally well, Fantastic Year Seamus – you truly deserve this years Best and Fairest!
Well done Seamus Great Effort!

Runner Up Best & Fairest – Sebastian Beale (Seb)
Another player who had it hard this year, often playing on the ball for most of the game with little or no rest at all. Seb is a ‘footballers’ footballer! Great game ethic, great skills and an excellent reader of the game and another with an enormous tank that was often pushed to near empty even when it was. If Seb was asked to push back or keep pushing he responded with no complaint. Fantastic Year Seb - you truly deserve the Runners Up Best and Fairest award.
Well done Seb Great Effort!

3rd Best & Fairest – Peter Mandis
Probably one of the hardest jobs in football, not just because he played a variety of roles but because of his size he often attracted the oppositions biggest players. Lucky for us he was rarely beaten because he is another with the complete package! Can run, can play well and has a very sound football brain and has an enormous tank which was often pushed for the full 4 quarters. Great effort Peter, - you truly deserve this year’s 3rd Best and Fairest.
Well done Pete Great Effort!

Coach’s Award – Noah Gray
A new player to the game not just the team. An absolute pleasure to coach. Noah only ever wants to improve on his game and learn the game and as a result he really improved as the year went on. The most attentive player that I have ever coached, if half of our boys showed as much initiative as Noah – we would be unstoppable!
For this reason Noah gets my Coaches Award! Very well deserved.
Well done Noah Great Effort.

Most Improved – Paul McDonald
Paul as one of our taller players had a tough year this season but took it in his stride. He kept on improving week in and week out. I have no doubt that because of his ruck work which he often did for ¾ of a game, allowed me the privilege to keep Peter and Harry our 2 other talls to play where I needed them most. I found that as the year went on Paul’s all round football improved enormously, so much so that he finished 4th in the Beat and Fairest count and because of this Paul is this year’s ‘Most Improved player’.
Well done Paul – Great Effort!
