Best & Fairest –Jack Tolley
Jack is a genuine on- baller, capable of reading the game, positioning himself to be in the right place at the right time.  He is a high level performer, always dependable, going hard at the ball, tiding up around the ruck and moving the ball on or finding the uprights for a goal.  Jack is great at finding space and having a run.  Jack shows strong leadership qualities and was an integral part of our team in 2011. Can’t wait to see what you bring next year Jack- Well done.

Runner-up Best & Fairest – David Waldron
David is a high achiever on the field.  Reads the play well and is a natural all rounder.  He always stands out, tackling two or three times before recovering the ball and moving it on to set up a goal.  David has a high fitness level out-performing any opponent.  He was always happy to play any position given.  David is a player who can change the game through sheer hard work and determination, lifting the team through his example –a real team player.

3rd Best & Fairest – Mitchell Kane
Mitchell joined Tackers 2 in the third round, playing 13 of our 15 rounds. He is fit, fast and has consistently outplayed larger more seasoned players.  With a high level of ability Mitchell is able to play any position to a high standard.  He is great to coach always bringing a happy attitude and a smile on his face. Sensational effort this season, Mitchell.

   
 

Most Improved Player – Harrison Vavra
Harrison is our most improved player this year.  He came to our team with little experience, but a great attitude.  Harrison was enjoyable to coach.  He has great listening skills and always giving the best of his ability.  Improving every week, he became a real team player, moving the ball on quickly and taking amazing marks.  Keep it up Harrison- we hope to see you at the club next season.

   
 

Coaches Award – Daniel Kaan-Somay
Danny has earned the Coaches Award this year. He has really proven himself as an on ball player.  A bit of a quiet achiever, Danny reads the play well, flourishes in the centre positions and not afraid to get ‘amongst it’.  Quick thinking on his feet.  Danny has great potential- one to look out for in the future- Well Done Danny!
